The Blvd strives to meet the needs of people in crisis by providing financial assistance.
We desire to offer a “hand up, not a
hand out” to assist persons to return to a stable position in life. This relief
may come in the form of money, food, clothing, counseling, employment, or a referral
to outside agencies

Manna Outreach is a ministry that meets
one of the most basic needs in our community
- HUNGER. “Lovest Thou Me…The BLVD provides
1,000 baskets of food each month to elderly persons throughout the Memphis
area.
