MISSISSIPPI BOULEVARD CHRISTIAN CHURCH

Dear Fellow Servants:

Joyce and I have made it safely to Africa; thank you for your thoughts and prayers. While I am away, I promised to leave you in good hands. Pastor Pitts did an excellent job last Sunday. I am proud of her. Take a look at the note below that I received about our worship service.

I have been a member of MBCC for many years, but I haven't been attending service like I should for many months. But, something told me to get up and get to church yesterday. All I can say is WOW! Pastor Janae Pitts delivered such a powerful message and it was exactly what I need in my life right now. I just want to give a tremendous thanks to Pastor Janae and let her know her message was so uplifting. I can't speak on behalf of anyone else in church yesterday. But, I hope she knows that she made a huge impact on me and I am so thankful to her for the message and the Lord for sending the message to me through her. Pastor Janae is a very gifted woman and I'm sure that she will continue to bless many people.

This Sunday, you will hear from Rev. Reginald Bell, Jr., who brought the house down on Wednesday, May 6, 2009. I know that he has  a special word to share with you, so please be here at 10:00am to receive it. Thank you for your faithfulness to God and THE BLVD family during this time. Please continue to pray for us as we travel and share the gospel of Christ with our brothers and sisters in Africa.
