MISSISSIPPI BOULEVARD CHRISTIAN CHURCH

Dear Servant:

Have you voted yet? The turn out this year for early voting has been phenomenal. I have been glued to my TV every night watching CNN as the events around this historical Presidential Election continue to unfold. So, I really want to encourage everyone to VOTE NOW or on November 4th. Remember, God has everything in control and there’s nothing that will happen without his approval. Let’s continue to pray for our country, vote and trust in God. Vote early, there probably will be a line, but hopefully it is shorter than what it may be on Election Day. Please remember that your vote is very important (see the early voting locations and operating hours information in the News and Events section below, or click here).

NEW SUNDAY SERMON SERIES: “IN _________ YOU TRUST?”

(you fill in the blank)

Are you concerned about the Wall Street bailout, falling stock market and home prices, rising home foreclosures, unemployment and debt, etc.? Well, you do not want to miss our new sermon series “IN                  (you fill in the blank) YOU TRUST?” starting this Sunday, October 26th. I believe that this new series will bless and help you make some very important decisions in 2008, navigate and survive through this devastating economic maze. I pray you will join us and bring a friend this Sunday at 10AM for heart-felt worship, truth and a warm welcoming from THE BLVD family.

MBCC FINANCIAL U

Our Financial “U” training program will begin on Saturday, November 1st. The first class is on “Managing Your Finances.” I need you to participate in these classes so you can get your finances in order and manage your finances God’s way. We are excited about what God is doing to help us manage during these very critical economic times. In 2008 and 2009, I need you to make a decision as to whom you will trust. You may sign up for classes by clicking here or by contacting Bettye Boone at 901.272.5650 for more information.
