CHURCH NOMINATIONS
The MBCC Nominating Committee is accepting nominations
for 2010 Church Leaders. Nomination forms are available in the
CIC or in the front Bellevue lobby. Return completed form to
drop boxes at the CIC and Bellevue lobby. The deadline for
entries is September 20th.
INVITE-A-FRIEND: THE BLVD EAST NEEDS YOUR

Over 80% of the people who don’t go to church would
consider going if invited. We want you to invite a friend to
join us for worship at THE BLVD East. We have created
Invite-A-Friend Cards that will be distributed in the lobbies
after worship service. This is our season of spiritual and
numerical growth. Please help us by taking a few cards and
giving to your friends and family. If you know anyone who is
not a BLVD servant in the following zip codes: Bartlett

community-wide picnic at Overton park, 1930 Poplar Avenue,
Memphis, TN, followed by the Raoul Wallenburg Memorial Concert

HILL RETREAT/BLESSING BOXES
With Bethany Hills Disciple Women’s Retreat
“Celebrating Our Hearts,” convening September 19 – 20,
registration
($55.00 per person) is open today following
worship at the Women’s Ministry Table or for additional

Boxes funds which support Disciple Home Missions, will be
received by MJ Cooper in the CIC on Sundays and the
Security Desk Monday-Thursday beginning at 5:30PM
during the month of August.
ZUMBA GOING
STRONG
Join Zumba (Latin fused exercise
program) on Tuesday evenings at 6:00PM in the Fellowship
Hall. The cost is $4 per session or $12 per month, cash only.
