HOLIDAYS AT THE
BLVD CHRISTMAS CONCERT
Holidays
at THE BLVD is Sunday, December 12 at 4:00PM featuring special
guest, gospel, jazz and R&B artist Lalah Hathaway, daughter of
the late great Donny Hathaway. This year’s concert features our
phenomenal Sanctuary Choir and THE BLVD Instrumental Ensemble with
guest soloists, Bishop Yvette Flunder and Stefanie Bolton, along
with The Collage Dance Collective. Come celebrate Holidays at THE
BLVD with us. The concert is absolutely free to the public. Doors
open at 3:00PM.
NOMINATING
COMMITTEE REPORT
The
Nominating Committee Congregational Report is now available in the
Church Information Center (CIC) at THE BLVD Midtown, the Information
Desk at THE BLVD East and on our website.
This report includes the slate of officers and leaders nominated to
serve the congregation for 2011. The approval of 2011 officers and
leaders will take place at our Annual Congregation Meeting on
December 6 at 6:00PM at THE BLVD Midtown.

BOULEVARD
Holidays
at THE BLVD are swiftly approaching and we want to create an
atmosphere that reflects the holiday celebration. We are decorating
THE BLVD Midtown the week of November 29 – December 3 (10:00AM –
3:00PM). If you would like to assist in bringing the holiday look to
THE BLVD, please stop by the Information Desk in the Montgomery
lobby and complete one of the Holiday Assistance Forms. For

SPONSORS DOVE TREE
THE
BLVD Chosen Vessels Women’s Ministry is sponsoring Dove Tree
Christmas 2010, targeting participants in the Centering Pregnancy
program at Christ Community Health Services. Share the joy of
Christmas by adopting a dove at the Midtown campus and at the East
campus (November 21 and 28). The deadline to return all gifts is December 5. Contact

MEN’S MINISTRY SPONSORS ANGEL
TREE
The
men of MBCC are sponsoring Angel Tree as our Christmas
ministry to children who have a mom or dad in prison. The men are
requesting donations $25 to our Angel Tree Christmas project. Your
donation will allow us to provide gifts for 105 children this year.

NEEDED FOR MIDWEEK SERVICE
We need singers with strong vocal ensemble
talent to minister with our Midweek Praise Ensemble on Wednesdays at

moment to complete form reaffirming your membership at THE BLVD. You

Commission sign-up tables at both locations following worship, leave
it at THE BLVD Midtown Security Desk or fax it to 901.725.1961. The

Wholistic
Approach To Substance Abuse is a Christ-centered
recovery support group for addictions, co-dependency and compulsive
behavior. Meetings are Tuesdays at 6:00PM in 04N. If you or someone
you know is looking to drop the “baggage” of addiction, discover how
to do so through Bible Study, prayer, and fellowship. For more
